Global Group of Institutions celebrated its Annual Prize Distribution Function on April 13th, 2023. The program was organized in college auditorium. Mr. Jernail Singh, President of Bharat Vikas Parishad was the chief guest. Prof. Sonia and Prof. Diksha Sharma welcomed the chief guest, Dr. Deepak Kumar, Principal of GCoP, Dr. Mithlesh Sharma, Principal of GCET, all the faculty members and students. The program commenced with the auspicious light of the ceremonial lamp by honorable Chief Guest Mr. Jernail Singh, Dr. Deepak Kumar, Principal of GCP, Dr. Mithlesh Sharma, Principal of GCET, Prof. Mandeep Singh, Mr. B. S Rana and Mr. Vaneet Malhotra.
The event started with Saraswati Vandana recited by girls of 8th Semester.
Dr. Deepak Kumar presented the Annual report accentuating the progress of the college throughout the year. He also motivated students for do better in future. Furthermore, he congratulated all the proud scholars for excelling in academics and co-curricular activities. The Chief Guest Mr. Jernail Singh encouraged the students by his enlightening words. He congratulated Dr. Deepak Kumar and his team for organizing the virtual Annual Prize Distribution Function. At this moment, a very inspirational speech was delivered Dr. Mithlesh Sharma Principal of GCET. He emphasized students on moral education.

After the formal function, Cultural events were diligently organized. Various cultural events were performed by the students like solo and group dance, Skit on social issues, fashion show, Giddha, Bhangra etc. Everybody enjoyed cultural events. The audience comprising students, faculty, staff and non-teaching staff enjoyed every item of the program with a great fun. After the cultural events, another important event i.e. Prize Distribution Ceremony took place. Meritorious students and winners of competitions viz. co-curricular and Sports events were felicitated with attractive prizes and certificates of merit.
Miss. Akshita, Student of final year (Batch 2019-23) was given the Best Student Award.
Finally the vote of thanks was delivered by Prof. Sonia. She acknowledged the efforts of students, teachers and supporting staff and thanked the esteemed guests for their precious time and presence. This was followed by the National Anthem as a tribute to our nation.
